Group Classes
We offer various group classes for our clients! Each of these classes are listed to the right with a brief description, as well as when you can sign up. For every class attended, you will receive Baby Bucks, which can be used in our Baby Boutique, and an item for your diaper bag. A support person is always welcome to attend with you! Sign up at any time during pregnancy. Prepare to keep your baby safe with basic infant and child CPR, first aid, and home safety tips. This is not a certification course.

Schedule between 30+ weeks of pregnancy. Offered once a month, typically the 2nd Wednesday. Meet with our Childbirth Educator for instruction and to answer questions concerning the delivery and birth of your child.

Schedule between 30+ weeks of pregnancy. Offered once a month, typically on the 1st Wednesday. Learn about topics on breastfeeding, pumping and storing milk, possible difficulties, and more tips to make breastfeeding successful.

Sign up any time during pregnancy. Offered once a month, typically on a Monday. Learn about nutrition during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, and during the baby’s first years.
